Our Refund Promise

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Non-Returnable Items Opened sachets or used packs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Process Email us at [contact@nosecrets.in] with your order details. Once approved, you may need to ship the product back at your own cost. Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Damaged/Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
